I am not one to leave negative reviews but...the English of the presenter is just too poor, and the tone of voice plain. She is mostly reading the slides, which adds no value to the video (just read the slides by yourself as there is no extra information to be found, not even when technical terms and acronyms are used, they are not explained further). If you are a complete beginner as SMM like me, I believe we are better off with the millions of free videos available online.
I recently completed the SMM course and found it to be quite good. The course was concise yet delivered the material in a very understandable and comprehensible manner.
Perfect for those who want a solid foundation without spending too much time.

I really like the content, especially that there's a good balance between reading and videos. One thing that could make it even better is the audio - the volume is a bit low. With all the free tools available nowadays, I'm sure the presentation can be improved. Just a small tweak could enhance the experience!
The course, if checked initially via title, sounds cool. But after viewing through chapters of the course, it wasn't as I expected it to be. Still good for someone looking for rudimentary level of understanding of SM. The text files shared here are unreadable on the app (ah, Udemy team), PDF could be provided instead, which could be then read by any PDF reader on device. Not bad, not too good (instead of pluses and minuses, use pros and cons, or advantages and disadvantages), just simple in its execution.
The course was excellently delivered, and easy to understand and follow. In the future, I would like to suggest quizzes and Cases for practice.
