content needs to be more updated and operations is way beyond production, the tone of the instructor is not up to expectations and boring. Also the structure of the program can be more attractive in relation to modern businesses rather than history telling.

Most of the parts are just reading the slides. Can add more real time examples while explaining.
The instructor or narrator only read something from her screen. It didn't sound or look like she could explain the subject matter without looking or reading from a script.

This session was far less effective than simply reading a note. She failed to concentrate on going into detail, preferring to read her short note or copy what was on the PowerPoint presentation. It was neither informative nor the core message to convey to the students.
Course content is good, but the instructor is seriously bad in English. We can't understand what she's pronouncing.
