Professional Certificate of Executive Business Assistant by MTF Institute
Not very engaging. Seemed like the instructor was reading from a script
Great course!! This course is very detailed and explanatory. I got a lot out of this course,
Although I learned a lot of topics that were new to me, there was a lot that could be improved in the way the course was delivered. It seems like they`re just reading something. However, if you want to learn regardless of how interesting the course is, I recommend this course.
Yes, it is good match for me since I have an administrative assistant experience and this course is related to my field.
The material is very relevant and helpful, especially the self-reading parts. This will be something I can look back to throughout my EA journey. About the videos, I really hope the speaker creates a script for him to read. The 'UH's and 'UHM's between every other word made it a struggle to understand. Thanks to the caption and transcription, I can just read and follow through what he's trying to say. Overall, this is a must-have guide for newbies and expert EAs alike.
Very insightful and informative. I hope I could use this certificate to increase my chance of getting hired.
The topics discussed were very good but poor communication skill marred my ability to enjoy the program
The young lady has such a strong accent, it is difficult to understand her. She pronounces the words totally differently than people in US pronounce and she reads extremely fast. The text translation that displays as she is speaking doesn't display her words correctly. It does not pick, up on many of the words due to her accent and different pronunciation.
The Basic Skill session and videos are really good and helpful. EBA session was good, but the instructor communication little struggle to follow. Articles and focus area for the position are well detailed. Thank you
There's a looot of insights that i can use, I appreciate the lessson.
Overall a very good course. Sometimes difficult to understand.
It was very difficult to understand the lecturer. I had to listen very closely to what she had to say. Overall, the content was good.
