Professional Certificate of Executive Business Assistant by MTF Institute
Great! I learned a lot. Specially the essential soft skills that an assistant needed. Will reco this video and hope to subs in the future.
Reenforced my knowledge of the key areas of the business executive assistant position.
Not very engaging. Seemed like the instructor was reading from a script
Great course!! This course is very detailed and explanatory. I got a lot out of this course,
the speaker is not fluent in english, i know he’s a successful person but since this is for educational purposes please use a more fluent in english type of speakerso the listeners will understand it very well
Although I learned a lot of topics that were new to me, there was a lot that could be improved in the way the course was delivered. It seems like they`re just reading something. However, if you want to learn regardless of how interesting the course is, I recommend this course.
The language barrier and monotone of the instructors made it difficult to pay attention, often during the 2nd part the instructor read directly from the slides and provided little to no additional information.
Very difficult to understand speaker.
If we're just going to read slides out instead of it being more interactive training...just send me a deck to print and read.
The topics discussed were very good but poor communication skill marred my ability to enjoy the program
The young lady has such a strong accent, it is difficult to understand her. She pronounces the words totally differently than people in US pronounce and she reads extremely fast. The text translation that displays as she is speaking doesn't display her words correctly. It does not pick, up on many of the words due to her accent and different pronunciation.
The Basic Skill session and videos are really good and helpful. EBA session was good, but the instructor communication little struggle to follow. Articles and focus area for the position are well detailed. Thank you
Overall a very good course. Sometimes difficult to understand.
