The audio and video quality is poor, it’s also a very short course for the price.
Front desk associate communication skills is a wonderful course designed to focus on the abilities and talent building strategies of the front desk team in its entirety. This instructor has a unique style and approach to help hotels be more productive and to give the guests the absolute best experience. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is a beginner!

This is good, but its more for old-school hotels. And for hotels in 3rd world countries, where guests are treated very well, meaning they get handed coffee on their check ins. Not for modern and/or luxury hotels.
