I really liked the course and it's relevant for me to understand about Customer Experience management.
The course is good and I have learned a lot about product and customer management expereince.
The part or which the man took was a bit confusing and hard to comprehend but overall a good course
Somehow the videos feel all over the place and disconnected from the document. The vspeaker in the video looks like she's reading from a page, and thus there's a lack of connection and also feels like I could have just downloaded an audio book.
Additionally the content in the video, doesn't feel holistic - like there are simply mentiones of different parameters - but it doesn't link to the document nor are there any real world examples, so the learning feels staggered and tough to understand and remember, unless I simply memorise by rote.
I wish there were more real-world case examples - built into the video, or the speaker was a bit less robotic reading and more explanatory, or even if there were interactive quizzes built into each specific topi - I feel it may have been more helpful.
What the course does get right is the 2 minute document that seems to have broken down the points into sub-bullets for a quick revision - that has been very helpful. Yet, since my primary reason for signing up for a video course - was to watch a more empathic tutor and have a more holistic visual & auditory video learning experience - I stand dissatisfied :(
This course made an adept nexus between product development and customer experience, through which I got to understand CX involvement in developing products. Great Course.

Very good course for learning about Product Manegement in general and offers good sources , good instructions despite the language barrier , definitely has area's to improve upon but is good all in all , great work !

I now understant the steps on an indept understanding on matters related to product development and how it will work.
The Notes which the institute provide is not very elaborated to understand each and every topic deeply. Also the the way they are teaching is not pretty much good. It could be better.
