wonderful course and very helpful.
It was a good match for me, the learning is easier to understand and the content is what I really need in my working field.
The course has good amount of information. However it would've been more interesting if the slides were changed to be active, like showing items or the steps of something rather than just reading it. And perhaps make it more engaging with small tasks I can do and then check my work as I pass through the slides in the videos.
Note: It would be very helpful if the instructor improved her English pronunciation.

Ich empfehle noch zusätzlich für Quereinsteiger Ausbildungsunterlagen von Bürokaufleuten zu besorgen. Dann funktioniert der Alltag auch gut.
