Very good course. Would recommend it to anyone looking to learn DaVinci Resolve from basic. I was totally noob and this course helped me creating videos for my new youtube channel. it do is good for me like the one who is just going to begin the editing journey but i do expect more like the example video editing of the functions
It is a good match for me and quite understanding.
The training is useful for understanding the DaVinci interface, where the controls and features are located. It provides a nice overview of the tools. The command explanation focuses too much on obvious commands (you can't spend that much time explaining that text can be sized, bolded, ...) and flies high on not-so-obvious concepts. For many commands we see you moving the cursor but not explaining the purpose of the action. You declare some action (e.g. color white) but don't do it and then go back to making the right color.
If someone has used other video editing tools before and is familiar with the use of frames, crossfading, etc., the training may be helpful in guiding them to the DaVinci interface. If someone needs training on how to edit a video by adding titles, effects, audio and so on, I think this training is not so helpful.
Accents too heavy and annoying, explanations are long winded, complicated and confusing
