This course needs lots of improvement in content. At present, the content and style is textbook type. There should have been practical cases and real practices to make it wholesome.

The instructor has quite poor communication which is unacceptable in a course which is teaching about coaching. It is not about accent. It is about the instructor being unable to provide value-adding explanations and examples. She mainly reads from the slides and her English reading is very poor. Her struggle to communicate is quite distracting.
It's definitely a good match for me. But the facilitator was too fast for me to take note of important points that are not in the resources.
