A bonus lecture on Logistic Regression and Clustering using a Solver or Analysis Toolpak would have been helpful and good enough to rate it 5/5!
The course is very well designed and is addressing the core issues of managerial analytics which will prove handy for all HR Mgrs. It is even better than HR Analytics capsule of many ed-tech companies.
I hear about predictive analytics in HR but did not know how to get started. This course explained what predictive analytics are without being too technical, and most importantly, showed step by step how to get started in Excel.

When we go into the resources, it'd be better if things were labelled more clearly.
In the Forecasting resource document, I have base 30, and I found it really difficult to understand why that number was there, with no reference on the rest of the document, not hypothesis clearly stated.

The examples I have seen so far are not related to HR, so I'm not finding it too useful. (I am at additive time series model in Excel) So far, the worksheets are already completed, so there is no opportunity to practice either.
