The focus was too much on manufacturing. I am in the service industry and would have prefer a more general approach to the topic
Content was clear but would suggest a short questions and answers to review the important things learnt

It seems a waste of time to sit through the modules as the presenters are merely reading the script which is something the candidates fan do themselves. Our expectation is that the conductor has subject matter expertise and can explain beyond the script. Hence disappointed
