I enjoyed the training, learned a lot about management and got some good ideas for my own teams
yes it was a good match for me especially in the area of segmentation, pricing, distribution, management and control. I now understand the needs of setting standards values for market control estimation and many others including the importance of audit in marketing.

rather than designing course on generic content , the instructor might bring some content specifically as applicable and relevant to the existing environment. might incluse case studies , real life eg.s ,scenarios etc.
