PROS: Very clear instructions and step-by-step explanations. Excellent course to take you from literally 0 Drupal knowledge to a very basic understanding. A nice addition at the end for an assignment.
Improvement opportunities: The course does need some updating, even though it was last updated May 2024 and I'm taking this Dec 2024. Some things have already changed but not unmanageable. And it would be nice to have a few more assignments :)
Was hoping for a tiny bit of coding, but what was given would be for the absolute beginner. The title didn't lie.

Your PHP installation is too old. Drupal requires at least PHP 8.3.0. It is recommended to upgrade to PHP version 8.3.0 or higher for the best ongoing support. See PHP's version support documentation and the Drupal PHP requirements page for more information.
Very basic stuff, but pretty clear. Needs an update though since drupal has a newer version. Had some problems with sql version but managed to find solutions to fix them.
Really good explanation on basics concepts.I would like to more on crons, that word I have seen many time on different screen. Also if you can add how to format content like aligning of text / images , cause when you published the example of Article / Event / Basic pages , contents where not really aligned. So little bit know-how on how to make content looks attractive will be helpful.

So far it seems like a good match. I've been in IT for three decades in a variety of roles, and recently moved into a role where I need to understand Drupal.
This is a very good introduction to using and managing Drupal.
Great course so far! It is exactly what I was looking for, a quick explanation for a beginner to Drupal, it deserves the five stars for the clear explanations and examples on how to do key stuff with this CMS, superb instructor
It's been an okay experience so far, I think could be more expansive to include the different challenges that could come up based on the OS but overall its okay
Odpowiednio przekazywana wiedza z odpowiednim szybkim ostrzeżeniem o zbyt dużej ilości informacji i późniejszym omówieniu po kolei w reszcie kursu. Jako polak bardzo dobrze rozumiem jego mowę w języku angielskim.
After going through most of the most recent version of the course, I'd like to update my review to say that while avoiding most of the coding aspect of Drupal, this course does give a great overview of how to work with the Drupal backend.
I'd like if in a future interaction of this course, the instructor could go over how to create our own themes and how to use PHP to manage and display our custom content types.
You really explain things well and I have absolutely no problem to follow along!
